TOP VIEW SE was developed in response to requests from commercial contractors and material salespeople who were searching for estimating software that was very simple in design, yet powerful enough to provide complete and accurate takeoffs using any input method they wished. Having used our other Top View products, they knew we will create a comprehensive, easy-to-use package. With it's ease of use and simple layout, contractors can now easily and quickly generate a complete material takeoff which includes labor and various other aspects of the job.

TOP VIEW SE, you specify what materials your job requires and enter the locations of the roof corners. The program will automatically produce a roof layout and calculate the different areas that you require and the accessories needed. System components can be included in a database so you only need to specify the roofing system you want. Quantities of all system components are then calculated automatically, including labor. Input methods will include using a GTCO digitizer or scanner, electronic plans (such as F.W. Dodge), importing of CAD files or manually inputing the roof. Full drawings that are dimensioned and labled are great for use as submittals and warranty inspection reports.
